What coaching means to me
Continuing to nurture my growth, I have now designed my own ‘Watermark’ to illustrate my life story. Self-reflection is such a powerful tool that has helped shape my development, thinking and approach towards life. It allows me to connect with my inner self and keeps me grounded spiritually.
It is important that my values are aligned with my coaching principles, namely built on trust, respect, kindness, humility and an appreciation that everyone has their own life stories and that change is inevitable. I am driven to empower others to embrace The change and understand that it is ok to feel overwhelmed at times. Stay focused on what you have control of and embrace it.
I can’t wait to share the beauty and transformational power of coaching with others. I hope you will embark on this great journey with me.
I have a Diploma in Transformational Coaching, accredited by the Association for Coaching, International Coach Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
The move to formalise my training with Animas was also a demonstration of my commitment to coaching, connecting with other passionate coaches and empowering people to achieve their life goals.
